Senior Specialist, Partner Integrations, New Verticals

What you'll do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to guide partners through new integration builds and technical onboarding.
• Manage external relationships with New Verticals partners to lead implementation and improve processes.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day blockers related to third-party integrations.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify improvements based on data and merchant insights.
• Help shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with internal product and operations owners.
• Create user-friendly enablement content to educate cross-functional partners on integration processes.
• Execute strategic projects to improve product offerings, documentation, and internal operational workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts into business solutions.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve.
• Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes.
• Experience in project and/or program management.
• Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
