What you'll do

  • Lead growth projects for major grocery merchants to ensure all SKUs and services are successfully onboarded.
  • Manage portfolio operations by tracking dashboards and monitoring week-over-week metrics to ensure high quality.
  • Build complex models using SQL and Excel to evaluate the economic and strategic costs of programs.
  • Design and launch 0-1 initiatives, transforming high-level strategies into operational experiments and new product features.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive workflows, build prototypes, and accelerate data analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and finance to drive projects to completion.

What we're looking for

  • You must have a completed Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • You must have 2 to 4+ years of experience in analytical and cross-functional environments such as tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking.
  • You must be proficient in using SQL to pull data and Excel to build models for analysis.
  • You must demonstrate an ability to use AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analytical processes.
  • You must possess the ability to synthesize complex problems into actionable plans from first principles.
  • You must be able to lead, collaborate with, and influence cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and finance.
