As a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineer, you will join the Propulsion Control Systems team to support the design, development, integration, and verification of propulsion control systems for advanced defense aerospace platforms. You will work across the full product lifecycle to develop electrical architecture, circuit designs, and interface definitions for engine control electronics, sensor and actuator interfaces, power conditioning, wiring, and signal integrity solutions. Your daily responsibilities include creating schematics, performing component selection, conducting failure analysis, and leading hardware troubleshooting and qualification testing in lab environments. You will utilize tools such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and data acquisition equipment while applying knowledge of DO-160, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-810 standards. This role addresses critical technical challenges in propulsion control components, including thrust vector control, motor drives, and electro-mechanical actuation within highly regulated aerospace environments.
