Senior Specialist, DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources) Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of complex systems while mentoring junior-level engineers.
• Manage time and resources across multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders during program and design reviews.
• Execute complex system integration and testing activities to validate performance across multiple platforms.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed DMS reporting and technical documentation.
• Develop and implement proactive DMSMS strategies and roadmaps for long-term program sustainability.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and DMSMS methodologies across the organization.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding obsolescence management strategies.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Must have a Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Must have a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience in DMSMS management, obsolescence mitigation, systems engineering, or project management (preferred).
• Expert-level knowledge of DMSMS principles, industry standards, and government standards (preferred).
• Expert proficiency in DMSMS management tools, databases, and software applications (preferred).
