What you'll do

Analyze, design, develop, and test systems to ensure integration of software, hardware, reliability, and safety requirements.
Perform requirements analysis, definition, management, functional analysis, and performance analysis.
Conduct system design, trade studies, systems integration and test, and interface definition studies.
Formulate operational concepts and perform mission, functional, cost-benefit, and risk analyses.
Develop signal processing architecture and overall system architecture for space-based systems.
Implement digital signal processing algorithms for the statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements.
Manage the systems development life cycle using requirements management and system modeling tools.
Lead hardware prototype development, FlatSat, and hardware-in-the-loop systems integration and test.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
Requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
Must possess a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance at time of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Agile experience preferred.
Experience with Digital Engineering, MBSE, SySML, MagicDraw, or Cameo (preferred).
Experience in Python is highly preferred.
Experience with SmallSats, CubeSats, or Space Payloads Design, Development, or I&T (preferred).
