Senior Solution Architect, Agentic Sales Technology

What you'll do

• Own the architectural foundation for agentic selling across the full marketing-to-sales pipeline.
• Layer agentic tooling into live systems and create tight feedback loops for innovation and iteration.
• Design multi-agent orchestration patterns that are coherent, observable, and production-grade.
• Lead context engineering practices by designing information architecture, retrieval strategies, and grounding mechanisms.
• Define agent lifecycle practices including design, testing, iteration, observability, and governance.
• Develop and apply agentic architecture patterns across the full Prospect-to-Cash domain.
• Codify architecture patterns and best practices directly into tooling and shared context files.
• Provide architectural points of view on complex enterprise systems and multi-quarter programs.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience building Salesforce solutions at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Expertise in software architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven, and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in agentic architecture including multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and LLM integration.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native development tooling like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
• Proven ability to assess and simplify business processes before applying technology.
• Experience building large-scale Salesforce implementations spanning multiple clouds and integration layers (preferred).
