Senior Solutions Architect, Agentic AI

What you'll do

• Architect, build, and ship end-to-end Agentic AI applications for media and entertainment use cases.
• Develop multi-agent systems featuring long-horizon reasoning, planning, and tool usage.
• Build high-performance RAG pipelines over diverse media assets including text, images, audio, and video.
• Optimize inference performance and total cost of ownership using the full NVIDIA AI inference stack.
• Create proof-of-concepts, reference architectures, and reusable blueprints to serve as production templates.
• Post-train open-source models to meet specific industry requirements for content creation and personalization.
• Act as a technical advisor during pre- and post-sale stages to guide customers through deployment.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and technical collateral for the engineering team.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, AI/ML, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience as an ML/Software Engineer or Solutions Architect writing production-level code in Python and/or C/C++ in Linux environments.
• Validated experience building agentic and multi-agent AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, LangChain, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Strong background in PyTorch and distributed GPU training with the ability to build scalable GPU-accelerated architectures.
• Experience deploying workloads at scale on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) or on-premise environments.
• Proficiency in inference optimization, reinforcement learning, post-training, and building high-performance RAG pipelines.
• Strong understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry combined with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with NVIDIA software stacks (NIM, NeMo, TensorRT-LLM) and CUDA-X libraries is preferred.
