What we're looking for

  • Experience in enterprise-level software architecture, delivery, or application modernization projects.
  • Experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, configuration, and customization within complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience with MuleSoft integration strategies, API-led connectivity frameworks, and scalable integration solutions.
  • Experience using AI tooling to identify efficiencies in work.
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce platform development, governance frameworks, and data migration strategies.
  • Ability to align business requirements with technical architecture and provide leadership by guiding development teams and conducting code reviews.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
  • Bachelor's degree and Salesforce Application Architect Certification.
