What you'll do

Develop and operate next-generation services to manage the movement of Surface and Xbox products through global transit networks.
Leverage AI tools across the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable code.
Perform root cause analysis and use telemetry to proactively resolve incidents and improve system health as a DRI.
Lead the design and architecture of complex systems while balancing performance, scalability, and cost trade-offs.
Ensure all deployments adhere to strict security, privacy, and compliance standards through automated CI/CD pipelines.
Build and maintain backend services specifically supporting supply chain operations and business requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 8+ years of engineering experience in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
6+ years of experience in Azure technologies design, deployment, and support.
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations, designing and maintaining backend services supporting business requirements.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
