What we're looking for

Master's Degree in Computer Science and 6+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in relevant programming languages.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools for production-grade code review, test generation, and agentic coding workflows.
Experience integrating LLMs, agents, and model-backed features into production systems while following Responsible AI principles.
Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments including API design and performance tuning.
Proficiency in engineering fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and system design.
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and incident response.
Demonstrated leadership through mentoring, conducting design reviews, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
