  • Use telemetry to diagnose issues, mitigate risks, and lead retrospectives for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools fluently across the SDLC.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI capabilities into production systems with Responsible AI principles.
  • Track record of owning end-to-end feature areas from design through deployment and monitoring.
  • Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed cloud systems, including API and data model design.
  • Strong background in DevOps practices and tooling for zero-touch deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience building observable systems with telemetry and metrics.
  • Expertise in secure software development, threat modeling, and privacy compliance.
