What you'll do

Assess gaps between business expectations and existing products to classify requirements and anticipate solution risks.
Create user stories and convert high-level designs into detailed functional logic using mock screens and pseudo codes.
Develop minimalistic code for components ensuring high availability, scalability, and adherence to security policies.
Build scripts to automate repetitive tasks within CI/CD pipelines, testing processes, and other routine workflows.
Identify, create, and execute test cases to detect defects and perform regression testing for all code changes.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and conduct complex maintenance procedures by analyzing application logs and metrics.
Design scalable software architectures using object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, and cloud technologies.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of software engineering experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.
Experience designing and developing front-end web applications using HTML, CSS, React, and Angular.
Experience building RESTful APIs for backend web applications using JavaScript and Node.js.
Experience designing and developing software using object-oriented programming languages like Java and C#.
Experience designing scalable software architecture and implementing algorithms and data structures for distributed systems.
Experience developing retail database applications using Azure SQL and Cassandra, including building SQL Server queries.
Experience with CI/CD tools including Git, Maven, Jenkins, and DevOps, as well as Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with cloud technologies including Splunk, GCP, and Azure, and testing frameworks like Junit and Mocha.
