What you'll do

Design, implement, and deliver scalable management features for private cloud infrastructure.
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle within an agile framework.
Develop enterprise-grade agentic applications using foundational LLM and SLM models.
Build RAG and MCP architectures to optimize retrieval accuracy and context management.
Engineer harness systems including model routing, tool integration, and safety guardrails.
Provide technical design specifications and documentation for all software components.
Research and evaluate new technologies to integrate into production systems.
Mentor other engineers on technology, design, and coding best practices.

What we're looking for

Must have a BS in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of experience.
Must have an MS in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of related experience.
Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
Must have hands-on experience in an AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (ADLC) using AI coding agents and spec-driven development.
Must have a proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications using foundational LLM and SLM models.
Must have expertise in Context Engineering and building RAG and MCP architectures.
Must have experience in harness engineering including model routing, agent execution loops, tool integration, and safety guardrails.
Must have strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
Must have experience with message queueing, event streaming, and data caching.
Must have experience with RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies, preferably OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
Must have familiarity with modern JavaScript-based web frameworks like Angular or React.
Knowledge of VMware technology is a plus (preferred).
