What you'll do

Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Design and implement AI-powered software solutions to enhance customer experience and platform intelligence.
Integrate AI skills, agents, and intelligent workflows into internal systems and customer-facing applications.
Build reusable, scalable, and secure UI components and front-end architecture libraries.
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
Mentor other developers and serve as a subject matter expert in the front-end technology stack.
Evaluate emerging technologies to identify trends and best practices for the company's technology platform.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not for profit, in person, university or college.
5+ years of production development experience using modern front-end frameworks.
Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and web standards.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or agent-based architectures.
Experience in Agile development environments and with unit, performance, and automation testing.
Experience with .NET Core and SQL Server to integrate front-end components into backend architectures (preferred).
Experience with AWS S3, Lambda, SQS, Kafka, or Redis (preferred).
