What you'll do

Build and maintain applications supporting the ZPO Process Registry and related tooling.
Design and implement workflow systems with dynamic scoring, validation, and real-time updates.
Develop responsive dashboards and reporting capabilities for various user personas.
Write and optimize SQL/PL/SQL including stored procedures and complex data model designs.
Implement role-based access control and integrate with enterprise identity systems like SSO/MFA.
Build automated report generation with export capabilities for PDF, PowerPoint, and text.
Integrate AI/ML model outputs into dashboards and user interfaces.
Manage operational health through monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6 to 10+ years of experience.
5+ years of software development experience with proven delivery of production applications.
Strong PostgreSQL or Oracle Database experience including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in modern web development including JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, and API development.
Experience building enterprise applications with role-based security.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Oracle APEX.
Experience with AI/ML integration, data visualization, or CI/CD automation (preferred).
