What you'll do

  • Design and build high-performance, low-latency data pipelines from sensors to GPU memory using RDMA and GPUDirect.

  • Work across the full stack including FPGA interfaces, networking protocols, and CUDA frameworks.
  • Integrate diverse sensors into the Holoscan ecosystem to simplify sensor integration complexity.
  • Debug and optimize real-time distributed systems under strict latency and throughput constraints.
  • Architect and scale the software backbone connecting physical hardware to accelerated computing.

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (BS or MS) or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in systems programming using C, C++, and Python.
  • Deep understanding of Linux internals and high-throughput networking including TCP/UDP, RDMA, and kernel bypass.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems or low-latency systems.
  • Familiarity with hardware/software interfaces such as PCIe, DMA, FPGA, SPI, I2C, and I2S.
  • Solid debugging skills across complex, multi-component systems and experience working near hardware performance bottlenecks.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude, Codex, and Cursor to automate software development activities.
  • Experience with CUDA/GPU programming and knowledge of sensor pipelines for camera, radar, or medical imaging.
