Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Robotics Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Design APIs, error surfaces, tooling, and documentation to enable agents to build on the robotics stack.
• Create agent skills and automated workflows for team adoption and embedded robot support.
• Integrate skill evaluations to measure agentic workflows and create automated checks to catch regressions.
• Own CI/CD pipelines across application repos, including runners, Docker images, and release pipelines.
• Package software patterns into documentation, templates, and starter kits to drive cross-team adoption.
• Support embedded agents on robots while managing latency, safety, and determinism constraints.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Fluency in robotics software including policy training, simulation, and on-robot deployment across various languages and toolchains.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with proven Docker and Linux fundamentals.
• Practical experience using coding agents or LLM-based developer tools in real work.
• Clear written communication skills for documentation, templates, and team persuasion.
• Experience building agent skills, tool integrations, or MCP servers, and evaluating agent performance systematically (preferred).
• Familiarity with NVIDIA robotics products such as Jetson, Isaac Sim/Lab, or Isaac ROS (preferred).
