What you'll do

Design and deliver full-stack applications across front-end, back-end, database, integration, and hosting layers.

Implement automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and security as code practices.
Lead architectural decisions and technical direction for the Wisconsin Medicaid Market technology stacks.
Mentor engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and coaching on modern engineering practices.
Utilize approved AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Ensure all software solutions comply with security, compliance, and HIPAA requirements.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to align technical solutions with long-term organizational standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
5 or more years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure.
2-5 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, SQL Server, and Windows-based services.
Experience developing and supporting cloud-based solutions, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure (preferred).
Experience designing delivery pipelines and operational automation (CI/CD), applying infrastructure as code, and security as code.
Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) (preferred).
Experience within the healthcare industry or healthcare technology environments (preferred).
2+ years of hands-on experience building responsive web applications with React (preferred).
