What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET or Java frameworks and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure seamless communication between systems.
Design and optimize cloud-native solutions using managed services, event-driven architectures, and infrastructure automation.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes to automate software delivery.
Develop and leverage AI-powered tools to automate testing, remediate security vulnerabilities, and improve engineering productivity.
Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to elevate overall code quality.

What we're looking for

5+ years of professional software development experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
4+ years of experience with backend technologies such as .NET, Java, ASP.NET Core, or Spring Boot.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux, and Hooks.
Experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, PowerShell, or similar programming and scripting languages.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and structured data formats (JSON, XML, YAML).
Experience designing, architecting, and maintaining scalable distributed systems and full-stack applications.
Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices for improving development velocity and code quality (preferred).
