What you'll do

Architect scalable distributed systems by defining service boundaries, data contracts, and cross-team API standards.
Build high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Develop AI-powered product features and integrate frontier models into the platform.
Implement cloud-native services across AWS, Azure, or GCP using containers and microservices.
Establish AI-first engineering workflows including automated CI/CD, code generation, and test generation.
Mentor team members and lead initiatives to upskill staff on AI tools and practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve platform performance, observability, and developer productivity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
5+ years of production development experience with technologies like React, Vue, TypeScript, NodeJS, C#, .Net, OpenSearch, Kafka, SQL, and NoSQL.
Proven track record of building and launching successful products and platforms at enterprise scale.
Experience designing for high availability, horizontal scalability, and production observability.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or other cloud managed services.
Experience in Agile/Scrum processes and continuous delivery practices.
Experience in unit, performance, and automation testing.
Experience leveraging AI to improve productivity and implementing AI-powered product features (preferred).
