What you'll do

Design and implement DNS data plane components for low-latency and high-throughput processing.
Build and maintain core services and libraries using Go, C, Java, or Python.
Optimize system performance across CPU, memory, and network I/O through advanced tuning and profiling.
Manage the full lifecycle of data plane components including architecture, testing, rollout, and capacity planning.
Develop and maintain observability tools such as metrics, logs, tracing, and automated playbooks.
Improve infrastructure reliability through fault-tolerant design and proactive capacity management.
Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews and mentoring team members.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of operations engineering experience in SaaS, cloud, or hybrid-cloud environments.
Over 5 years of experience managing and operating large-scale, highly distributed service infrastructure.
At least 3 years of hands-on Linux experience.
Proficiency in one or more of Go, C, Java, or Python.
Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, sockets), concurrency, and performance profiling.
Experience building and operating production-grade distributed systems and network services.
Demonstrated experience designing highly available systems with safe deployment practices like canaries and feature flags.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
