What we're looking for
Must have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and operating resilient production services.
Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience building distributed systems, cloud services, or control-plane platforms.
Requires strong proficiency in Java for production service development, concurrent programming, and performance troubleshooting.
Must demonstrate ability to use AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows with strong engineering judgment.
Requires strong API design skills including RESTful services and OpenAPI/Swagger contracts.
Must have experience designing reliable stateful workflows involving asynchronous processing, retries, and idempotency.
Requires a solid understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and highly available distributed systems.
Experience with containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible is required.
