What you'll do

Design and implement scalable features for private cloud management and operations.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements and unit testing.
Provide technical expertise for architecture, design specifications, and documentation.
Build autonomous multi-agent architectures using foundational LLM and SLM models.
Develop RAG and MCP architectures to optimize retrieval accuracy and context management.
Engineer model routing, agent execution loops, and safety guardrails for non-deterministic systems.
Research and evaluate new technologies to deliver high-quality product features.
Mentor other engineers on technology, design, and coding practices.

What we're looking for

Must have a BS in Computer Science or related field and 12+ years of experience.
Must have an MS in Computer Science or related field and 10+ years of related experience.
Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
Must have hands-on experience in an AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (ADLC).
Must be proficient in leveraging AI coding agents and applying spec-driven development methodologies.
Must have a proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications.
Must have experience with foundational LLM and SLM models to build autonomous, multi-agent architectures.
Must have expertise in Context Engineering and building RAG and MCP architectures.
Must have experience in harness engineering including model routing, agent execution loops, and safety guardrails.
Must have strong proficiency in backend languages and frameworks including Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
Must have experience building end-to-end features with high quality, availability, performance, and scale.
Must have a solid understanding of message queueing, event streaming, and data caching.
Must have experience with RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies, preferably OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript-based web frameworks like Angular or React (preferred).
Knowledge of VMware technology is a plus (preferred).
