What you'll do

Design, implement, and support features for the MongoDB Atlas API Platform and developer tools like AtlasCLI.
Build developer tooling using programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
Develop software integration components that incorporate MongoDB technologies into partner frameworks and solutions.
Lead complex projects from end to end by breaking large efforts into shippable deliverables.
Resolve complex customer issues and handle cross-team technical escalations.

What we're looking for

Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, Python, or Javascript/Typescript.
Experience building developer tooling, APIs, and/or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) integrations.
Working knowledge of at least one major cloud infrastructure platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
A track record of independently delivering complex projects and leading technical decisions.
Ability to mentor other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
Experience managing and resolving complex customer issues and cross-team escalations.
Ability to coordinate own time and prioritize multiple tasks without manager oversight.
Strong communication skills for collaborating across different teams and timezones.
