What you'll do

Design, architect, implement, and maintain full features across the entire development lifecycle.
Build and evolve an agentic platform to improve developer productivity at scale.
Experiment with various AI models and orchestration frameworks to solve complex engineering problems.
Write high-quality code focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability for production systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
6+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Experience building with Agent SDKs, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
Familiarity with agentic AI development patterns including multi-step reasoning, tool calling, RAG, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Proven experience delivering large-scale, production-quality systems and solid software engineering fundamentals like system design and algorithms.
Experience with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
Background in developer tooling, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, or engineering systems at scale.
