What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle including data engineering, offline development, and real-time inference for fraud detection.
Transform behavioral, device, and transaction signals into high-quality features to improve risk detection accuracy.
Monitor and optimize model performance metrics such as precision, recall, and false positives.
Experiment with advanced technologies like LLMs and agentic AI to enhance fraud mitigation capabilities.
Build and maintain a low-latency platform featuring APIs, SDKs, and feature stores for high-volume production use.
Ensure the risk infrastructure remains fast, reliable, and scalable as new surfaces are integrated.
Translate emerging fraud patterns identified by investigators into automated technical defenses.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, ML, or a related field.
Deep experience with ML techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and ensembles for fraud or risk detection.
5+ years of experience building production ML systems and scalable backend services.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Proficiency in a production language like Java or Go.
Experience using big data tools like Spark or Databricks for training and serving at scale.
Strong platform engineering skills including APIs, distributed services, and low-latency data pipelines.
