What we're looking for

Experience working in regulated environments such as banking, payments, securities, or healthcare.
Strong systems thinking across public cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and cloud data platforms (Snowflake or comparable).
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools including Claude, Cursor, Codex, and agentic workflows.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to distill complex technical and regulatory concepts for non-engineering audiences.
Prior work inside a bank, neobank, card issuer, or fintech with a chartered bank subsidiary (preferred).
Direct experience with a de novo bank launch, greenfield cloud organization, or card processing integration (preferred).
