What you'll do

Own technical delivery by writing production code, making architecture decisions, and building prototypes.
Lead small teams of 2–5 engineers to set technical direction and remove blockers.
Decompose complex, ambiguous problems into practical implementations with clear milestones.
Rapidly onboard to unfamiliar codebases and domains to deliver results in compressed timelines.
Ensure software quality across performance, testability, operability, and security.
Communicate technical trade-offs and project risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor engineers on engagement teams to help them grow technically and navigate professional services demands.
Partner with receiving teams to ensure clean knowledge transfers and long-term ownership of delivered work.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, or Go (preferred).
5+ years of experience with AWS (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
