What we're looking for
US citizenship is required.
A BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
You must have at least 7 years of experience in troubleshooting and tuning systems, networking, and cloud services.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation is required.
Experience automating management and operational tasks using Node.js, Python, or other scripting languages is required.
Experience with foundation technologies including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and LDAP is required.
Experience managing large distributed computing environments, cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure), and virtualization (KVM, VMware vSphere, OpenStack) is required.
Experience with monitoring systems and standard operational practices like change management and incident management is required.
