Senior Site Reliability Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability for SaaS offerings.
• Develop robust automation using code to eliminate manual toil in provisioning, deployment, and incident response.
• Build and operate tooling specifically for Snowflake data systems.
• Implement security-first practices and ensure all data platforms comply with industry standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead root cause analysis for critical incidents.
• Provide expert guidance to development and data science teams on architectural decisions and best practices.
• Manage large-scale, production-ready Kubernetes clusters and handle database migrations using Flyway.

What we're looking for

• You must be able to write production-level code to solve complex operational challenges.
• You must have deep experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.
• You should be familiar with modern CI/CD practices and tools, specifically Spinnaker.
• You must have expertise in container technologies and experience managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters.
• You must have experience using Flyway or similar tools for database schema management.
• You must have direct experience with the Snowflake platform and large-scale data systems.
• Experience or a strong interest in AI/ML applications for reliability and security is preferred.
• You must possess excellent analytical skills to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
