What you'll do

Design, build, and operate reliable cloud infrastructure and services on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and legacy systems.
Develop scalable, resilient services, APIs, and distributed systems in partnership with software engineering teams.
Monitor service health using observability tools to define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and automated alerts.
Create automation scripts and tooling in Bash or Python to eliminate manual toil and streamline deployments.
Lead incident response efforts, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and postmortem documentation.
Implement security best practices such as least-privilege access, secret management, and disaster recovery planning.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and safe release practices like canary or blue-green deployments.
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess a security clearance.
6 to 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
Proficiency in Linux and networking, including DNS, TCP/IP, TLS, and load balancers.
Expertise in Kubernetes operations, including deployments, RBAC, Helm, and container troubleshooting.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Proficiency in Bash and Python for automation; PowerShell and Go are preferred.
Experience in delivery engineering, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and safe release practices.
Knowledge of observability, reliability engineering, and incident response.
Experience with SQL, healthcare technology operations, and data platforms (preferred).
