What you'll do

Solve complex infrastructure problems and build automation to prevent recurring issues in cloud services.
Design, develop, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products.
Manage and execute complex manual Change Management tickets while ensuring minimal service disruption.
Identify areas of manual work and drive automation to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency.
Serve as an escalation point for junior engineers during high-impact incidents and provide technical mentorship.
Create and maintain documentation for operational processes, system support, and production architectures.
Deploy and maintain AI infrastructure including clustered GPUs and LLM integrations.
Troubleshoot large, complex, and interconnected systems using a methodical approach to ensure continuous availability.

What we're looking for

Must possess U.S. Citizenship and a TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
A technology-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, JavaScript, or Java.
Deep knowledge of Linux internals, host-based networking, and Unix operating systems.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and configuration management tools like Chef or Puppet.
Familiarity with core protocols such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, and TCP.
Specific experience deploying AI infrastructure including clustered GPUs and LLM deployment/maintenance.
