What you'll do

Design and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products.
Develop architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems.
Automate manual tasks to enable continuous delivery and reduce operational toil.
Manage complex manual Change Management tickets to ensure minimal service disruption.
Troubleshoot large, complex, and interconnected systems using a methodical approach.
Provide mentorship and training to junior site reliability engineers.
Facilitate service capacity planning, demand forecasting, and software performance analysis.
Deploy and maintain AI infrastructure, including clustered GPUs and LLM deployments.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
Must reside in Austin, TX or Reston, VA.
Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Must have a technology-related bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Must be proficient in writing services/task automation in a modern development language like Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, JavaScript, or Java.
Must have deep knowledge of Linux or Unix OS internals and host-based networking.
Must have experience working in a mission-critical environment.
