What you'll do

Solve complex infrastructure problems and build automation to prevent recurring issues.
Design, develop, and deploy software to improve product availability, scalability, and efficiency.
Manage complex change management tickets while ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Identify manual tasks and drive automation to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency.
Provide mentorship and training to junior site reliability engineers to build team capability.
Create and maintain technical documentation for operational processes and system support.
Troubleshoot large, complex, and interconnected systems using a methodical approach.
Deploy and maintain AI infrastructure including clustered GPUs and LLM deployments.

What we're looking for

Must possess U.S. Citizenship and a TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related fields.
A technology-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Proficiency in writing services and task automation using Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, JavaScript, or Java.
Deep knowledge of Linux internals, host-based networking, and Unix operating systems.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and configuration management tools like Chef or Puppet.
Familiarity with core protocols including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, and TCP.
Specific experience with AI infrastructure deployment, including clustered GPUs and LLM maintenance (preferred).
