What you'll do

Lead the bring-up and validation of new SoCs from first power-on through sign-off.
Debug hardware, software, and infrastructure issues using lab instrumentation like scopes and logic analyzers.
Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and automation to provide visibility into device health and progress.
Develop shared instrumentation libraries and data pipelines to integrate lab equipment into a unified platform.
Deploy and operate Kubernetes infrastructure to support distributed validation across bare metal and containerized environments.
Automate network configurations, instrument tracking, and data collection for large-scale lab operations.
Build AI/ML based tools and predictive models to analyze power usage and optimize lab resources.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of experience (preferred).
Strong Python fundamentals to build production-quality internal tools, APIs, and services (preferred).
Experience with silicon bring-up, hardware validation, and register-level debug (preferred).
Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation such as scopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers (preferred).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (preferred).
Experience with AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, or ML modeling for data analysis (preferred).
Experience in network automation, database management, and monitoring systems (preferred).
