Senior Silicon Supply Planner

What you'll do

• Manage silicon and backend forecasts for both short-range and long-range horizons with internal teams and external partners.
• Secure manufacturing capacity and oversee allocation using key optimization metrics.
• Build and maintain planning models to analyze scenarios and proactively address supply gaps.
• Present execution plans and strategic options to the capacity council to ensure smooth production transitions.
• Serve as the primary interface with foundries and OSAT partners for capacity ramps and schedule adjustments.
• Drive supplier delivery performance by conducting business reviews and maintaining supplier scorecards.
• Design and implement dual-source supply strategies across networks to mitigate supply risks.
• Scale supply chain processes by implementing new planning tools and systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with a Master's degree in supply planning, operations, or manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor supply chain, production planning, materials planning, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Proven experience working directly with foundries, OSATs, and contract manufacturers is preferred.
• Proficiency in managing large datasets and using tools like SQL, SAP IBP, and Excel is preferred.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, yield considerations, and capacity planning is preferred.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check is required.
