What you'll do

Manage daily demand signaling, ordering, and inventory levels for various product lines.
Resolve supply issues by coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for designated product lines.
Align business development forecasts with actual production demand plans.
Analyze supply and material health to inform cross-functional decision-making.
Maintain MRP systems and manage associated master data.
Drive strategic initiatives for demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business field.
6+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
Experience managing the full value chain to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
Master's degree or higher education (preferred); 8+ years of experience in supply chain/production (preferred); SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview proficiency (preferred); knowledge of Blue Yonder, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma (preferred); ability to obtain a U.S. TS clearance (preferred).
