What you'll do

Manage the planning and on-time delivery of raw materials for assembly lines and finished goods for customers.
Execute daily demand signaling, ordering, and inventory management for specific product lines.
Identify supply issues and coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to drive resolutions.
Analyze material health data to provide actionable insights for engineering cut-ins, purchasing signals, and manufacturing readiness.
Collaborate with Sourcing and Manufacturing Engineering to manage vendor relationships and develop make-vs-buy strategies.
Translate unconstrained forecasts into achievable demand plans in coordination with Business Development teams.
Develop and maintain internal processes for MRP systems and associated master data.
Support cost engineering activities to align bottom-up costs with total cost of ownership across the product lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production role involving complex assemblies.
Must be able to own a value chain from start to finish while coordinating with multiple parties for on-time delivery under quality standards.
Experience developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment is required.
Prior knowledge of NetSuite or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or another related technical degree.
An advanced technical degree or an MBA is strongly preferred.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience with SQL databases, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles are preferred qualifications.
