What you'll do

Lead laboratory-based scale-up activities for biologic drug substance manufacturing.
Maintain operational readiness of the scale-up lab, including equipment and workflow planning.

What we're looking for

PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with 4+ years of experience or MS with 10+ years of experience
Extensive expertise in downstream/purification process development for biologics
Proven skills in process scale-up, technology transfer, and hands-on AKTA systems use
Hands-on experience with large-scale TFF processes, column packing, and single-use technologies
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for junior scientists and direct reports
Knowledge of analytical methods supporting downstream development and biochemistry principles
