What you'll do

Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the management, strategy, and execution of the organization.
Ensure programs meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives within a matrix environment.
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans while managing risks and opportunities.
Identify, allocate, and manage program resources including workforce planning.
Deliver executive briefings to internal leaders and external customers regarding program status.
Cultivate customer relationships to develop new business opportunities and growth for the operating area.
Negotiate contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, and key terms and conditions.
Drive predictable program performance through regular measurement and management of key performance metrics.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree with 12 or more years of program management experience, or a Master's degree with 10 or more years of experience.
Experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) for integrated program teams.
Experience leading and executing programs within the Space domain.
Proven experience in proposal leadership and competitive capture.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver executive briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage full life cycle program execution, including early S&T, EMD, production, and sustainment.
Experience leading classified programs and managing complex problems in a matrix environment.
