What you'll do

Design and operate the end-to-end Voice of the Customer program for both B2C and B2B segments.
Build and maintain VoC analytics infrastructure to create a single source of truth from multiple feedback channels.
Integrate survey delivery across web, in-app, email, and field service channels with internal teams and vendors.
Define and monitor key metrics like CSAT and NPS to establish escalation thresholds for cross-functional action.
Lead the triage of customer-reported issues by routing signals to appropriate product, engineering, and service teams.
Establish business review cadences to connect customer feedback data directly to leadership decision-making.
Determine go/no-go quality gates for new market launches based on satisfaction and reliability metrics.

What we're looking for

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience working cross-functionally across several teams.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee/asylee for export control compliance.
2+ years of driving process improvements experience (preferred).
Experience in survey design, VoC programs at scale, and AWS data services (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
