What you'll do

Drive the execution, implementation, development, and testing of Amazon Leo software and tooling.
Manage cross-functional engineering teams to build and maintain software and test infrastructure.
Identify areas for improvement and initiate changes to increase fleet productivity through automation.
Design and optimize scalable processes for large-scale satellite deployments.
Coordinate release schedules and manage complex dependencies across multiple technical teams.
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks before they impact program milestones.
Define and track KPIs and SLAs to report performance to senior leadership.
Communicate complex technical concepts and data-driven trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
At least 5 years of technical program management experience is required.
At least 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams is required.
At least 3 years of software development experience is required.
At least 5 years of experience managing programs specifically with software engineering teams is required.
Experience must include managing cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Candidates should have a strong technical background in complex software systems, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
