What you'll do

Define and own the end-to-end partner support strategy for Enterprise and Telco businesses.
Establish scalable case management workflows, escalation protocols, and SLA definitions for telecom partners.
Drive technical architecture requirements for support infrastructure, including ticketing design and customer-facing tooling.
Lead end-to-end design reviews to ensure systems scale with partner growth and network monitoring.
Influence API contract design and integration requirements as a technical support counterpart to Engineering.
Define and track KPIs such as resolution times, CSAT, and partner NPS to establish governance frameworks.
Conduct deep-dive analyses of support data to identify trends and systemic issues for proactive intervention.
Create the program roadmap for customer operations capabilities and influence senior leadership on investment priorities.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, and systems engineering.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive large-scale businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
