What you'll do

Define and own the end-to-end partner support strategy for Enterprise and Telco business units.
Establish scalable case management workflows, escalation protocols, SLA definitions, and quality assurance standards.
Drive technical architecture requirements for support infrastructure including ticketing design and customer-facing tooling.
Lead design reviews to ensure systems scale with partner growth and integrate with network monitoring.
Influence engineering decisions regarding integration requirements, API contract designs, and support tool development.
Define and track key performance indicators such as resolution times, CSAT, and cost to serve.
Perform deep-dive data analyses to identify trends and advocate for the voice of partners in product decisions.
Create program roadmaps for customer operations and present data-driven business cases to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams while building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, and systems engineering.
Experience defining KPIs and SLAs to drive large-scale businesses and reporting results to senior leadership.
5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
Experience within the Telco, Cloud, or SaaS industries is preferred.
