Senior Program Manager

What you'll do

• Develop detailed project management plans and work breakdown structures to ensure predictable delivery for projects of medium to high complexity.
• Manage project finances by tracking budgets, forecasting revenue, managing costs, and ensuring engagement profitability.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks including security, data compliance, and operational hurdles.
• Facilitate the contracting process for partner resources, including interviewing candidates and onboarding them to the team.
• Drive customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues and manage expectations.
• Oversee project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share institutional knowledge or intellectual property across the broader organization.
• Ensure all projects adhere to strict security, data governance, and contract compliance standards throughout the lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years of project management experience or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Verification of U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8+ years of project management experience or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• 4+ years of financial management experience (preferred).
• Agile, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PSM1 certification (preferred).
• Experience with customers in the Department of the Air Force (preferred).
