Senior Program Manager

What you'll do

• Develop detailed project management plans to ensure predictable delivery for projects of medium to high complexity.
• Manage project finances by tracking budgets, forecasting revenue, and optimizing resource utilization across workstreams.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks including security, data compliance, and technical hurdles.
• Facilitate the contracting process for partner resources, including interviewing, onboarding, and managing subcontractor contracts.
• Drive customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee project metrics and key performance indicators to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share best practices regarding project management principles and intellectual property.
• Lead the transition from sales to delivery by defining scope, work breakdown structures, and resource requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years of project management experience or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
• Verification of U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8+ years of project management experience (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• 4+ years of financial management experience (preferred).
• Agile, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PSM1 certification (preferred).
• Experience with customers in the Armed Services (preferred).
