Consulting Program Director, Oil, Gas, & Energy

What you'll do

• Lead the initiation and execution of complex multi-track programs for top-tier Oil and Gas customers.
• Manage project financials including budget tracking, revenue forecasting, and ensuring engagement profitability.
• Act as the voice of the customer by managing relationships with senior executive stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.
• Oversee partner contracting processes, including vendor selection, subcontracting negotiations, and onboarding.
• Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and project management plans for high-visibility initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively manage risks and issues across the project lifecycle.
• Drive cloud consumption growth by identifying and removing barriers to customer success.
• Create and improve intellectual property, such as standardizing statements of work and internal processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in project management or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in the Oil and Gas industry (preferred).
• 8+ years of financial management experience (preferred).
• 6+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed environment (preferred).
• Executive presence and ability to communicate strategic value to C-level audiences (preferred).
• Agile, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PSM1 certifications (preferred).
• Experience with industry-specific technologies, large-scale hyperscaler environments, and creating intellectual property (preferred).
