Program Director, Telecommunications, Media, and Technology

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for high-visibility engagements to ensure timely delivery of complex workstreams.
• Manage project financials including budget tracking, revenue forecasting, cost management, and ensuring engagement profitability.
• Act as the voice of the customer by managing relationships with executive stakeholders and resolving complex delivery challenges.
• Oversee contract management processes including partner negotiations, subcontracting, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Drive the creation and reuse of intellectual property to standardize project assets and improve delivery quality.
• Manage risk and issue mitigation for high-impact projects using proactive analysis and contingency planning.
• Lead pre-sales activities by defining business value propositions, assessing risks, and developing Statements of Work.
• Oversee resource management including selecting, onboarding, and coordinating internal teams and external partners.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 7+ years of project management experience or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of direct industry experience in telecommunications, media, or hyperscaler/ISV environments (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 15+ years of project management experience or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification (preferred).
• 8+ years of financial management experience (preferred).
• Agile, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PSM1 certification (preferred).
• 2+ years of technical program management and hypervelocity engineering experience (preferred).
• Experience in creating and managing intellectual property and creating publications (preferred).
