What you'll do

Develop and execute the program Plan of Record, including schedules, resources, and deliverables.
Manage multiple small programs or a single complex technology to meet specific deadlines.
Track key program metrics and escalate significant deviations from the plan with proposed corrective actions.
Assign tasks and establish schedules to manage the daily work of the program team.
Identify program risks and maintain a risk tracker with corresponding mitigation plans.
Promote program vision and objectives while ensuring all milestones are met or exceeded.
Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities by applying industry best practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
PMP Certification (preferred).
7+ years of Program Management or related work experience (preferred).
3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (preferred).
2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization (preferred).
2+ years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards and Gantt charts (preferred).
