What you'll do

Develop and execute plans of record including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks for IC chips.
Monitor and drive chip programs from initiation through delivery while interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
Track key program metrics and propose corrective actions when performance deviates from the Plan of Record.
Manage and prioritize team work by establishing schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking individual progress.
Identify program risks and maintain a risk tracker with specific mitigation plans.
Support process adoption by identifying and recommending improvement opportunities within respective programs.
Manage multiple small programs or a single complex program to ensure deadlines and scope are met.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Direct experience in semiconductor development and/or manufacturing experience.
10+ years of Program Management or related work experience (preferred).
5+ years of experience working with digital SOC and/or mixed-signal baseband and/or RF chips (preferred).
5+ years of experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (preferred).
3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization (preferred).
2+ years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards and Gantt charts (preferred).
