What you'll do

Develop and manage the execution of the program Plan of Record to ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and within scope.
Track key program metrics and escalate significant deviations from the plan with proposed corrective actions.
Manage and prioritize team work by establishing schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking individual progress.
Identify program risks and maintain a risk tracker with comprehensive mitigation plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop goals, set deliverable priorities, and address specific stakeholder needs.
Promote program vision and objectives while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Communicate complex information and technical details to diverse audiences and senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
PMP Certification (preferred).
7+ years of Program Management or related work experience (preferred).
4+ years of experience in new platform design, development, and hardware/software bring-up of peripherals (preferred).
3+ years of experience interacting with senior leadership (preferred).
2+ years of experience in a large matrixed organization (preferred).
