What you'll do

Manage multiple small programs or a single complex technology program to meet specific deadlines.
Build and execute the Plan of Record including schedules, scope, infrastructure setup, and test plan coordination.
Track key program metrics and escalate significant deviations from the Plan of Record with proposed corrective actions.
Manage team workload by establishing schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking individual member progress.
Identify program risks and maintain a risk tracker with comprehensive mitigation plans.
Monitor budgets, spending, and the achievement of specific program milestones.
Partner with the Chipset team to plan and deploy hardware platforms and parts to worldwide sites.
Develop engineering-based performance indicators to identify, assess, and quantify project risks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
PMP Certification or equivalent (preferred).
5+ years of Program Management or related work experience (preferred).
Experience in HW SOC development cycle for Mobile, data-center and AI servers (preferred).
2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (preferred).
2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization (preferred).
2+ years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards and Gantt charts (preferred).
